<span style="font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">Hi all 👋🏻I seem to have gained quite a few new bloglovin’ followers recently, and as I currently have more free time with the current crisis I thought it would be a good time to crack a new blog post out. I’m still vegan after my last blog post detailing how veganuary 2019 went for me (celebrated my one year veganiversary earlier in the year!), and always looking for new ways to up my zero waste game.
<span style="font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">

<span style="font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">I recently made some new replacement purchases for some of my everyday toiletries so thought I would breakdown what I've been using for my teeth brushing routine recently - all vegan, cruelty free and as zero waste as possible.

<span style="font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: xx-small;">Humble Brush (gifted, £3.99 for one)

<span style="font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">Firstly, I use manual brush and an electric brush interchangeably. My dentist advised I have some very early signs of gum receding on my bottom canines which could be easily reversed with going in less vigorously with an electric toothbrush (at least I'm brushing thoroughly ey) and using a manual toothbrush for one of my daily brushes instead.
<span style="font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">

<span style="font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">As I also wear teeth straightening aligners daily, I need to clean these between wears and I find this hard to do with the shorter bristles on the electric brush - so I use the manual brush for this too. I was very kindly gifted the Humble Brush, which is an eco friendly solution to plastic toothbrushes. The handle is bamboo which can be composted, and the bristles are nylon. The handle can be composted and returns to soil after 6 months. The bristles either go into general waste or can be recycled too, if your local recycling services have the capability. I've been using my Humble Brush for a few months now and it's still going strong! The only thing to keep in mind is to keep the brush dry between uses (i.e not in a toothbrush pot that can collect water at the bottom) so the wood handle isn't affected.
<span style="font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: xx-small;">Oral B Braun Electric Toothbrush with Live Coco recyclable electric toothbrush heads (£9.99 for a 2 pack)

<span style="font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">Electric toothbrushes get a little tricky when it comes to being zero waste with the plastic involved for electrics. I believe there are some options now though so worth a research! I wanted a zero waste solution to cut down on the waste of the disposable toothbrush heads for my Oral B brush. I came across the Live Coco Recyclable Electric Toothbrush Heads on the Holland and Barrett website and visited THREE locations in central London until I found them (someone give me a zero waste award please for effort). These are only compatible with Oral B brushes with a circular head, and the bristles are made from charcoal. When they've run their course you can send them back directly to Live Coco and the brand will recycle them.
<span style="font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: xx-small;">Georganics Natural Toothpaste in Tea Tree flavour (£8.90 for 120ml)

<div style="font-family: "helvetica neue"; font-size: 12px;">

<span style="font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">This is my first jar of plastic-free toothpaste and sadly I'm just not keen on the taste of this one from Georganics (I don't know why I picked the tea tree flavour as I really strongly associate this with hair and shower gel products), however you get a lot in the jar and I can see this lasting a while. They do other flavours including peppermint and orange which I will probably try after this one! The jar is also a good size and I can see if being easily repurposed.
<span style="font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">

<span style="font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">If you're looking for an even more eco-friendly option they do a Toothsoap which comes in a completely cardboard tube, sadly the flavour of this made me gag (it very literally tastes like soap) but I kept it to clean my aligners and it lasted for ages! The reviews on their website for this aren't bad however, so worth a try.

<span style="font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: xx-small;">Tevra Dental Floss (30m for £4.90)

<div style="font-family: "helvetica neue"; font-size: 12px;">

<span style="font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">I found I had to do a lot of googling to find a zero waste, cruelty free AND vegan option for dental floss. Normal floss comes in a plastic case and is made from waxed nylon, which takes 50-80 years to decompose. There are also zero waste options which are made from silk instead (usually harvested by boiling or crushing silk worms alive, I found versions made from 'peace silk' but there are reports of this being dubiously cruelty free). I use this floss by Tevra, which is made from corn and comes in a recyclable class and mental container which is also reusable with the brand's floss refills.
<span style="font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">

<span style="font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">I hope this is helpful for anyone trying to tackle the plastic in their teeth brushing routine! Let me know if there's any good products you've tried and would recommend :)
Am I staying vegan? What am I still unsure of?So #Veganuary is over! This year it seemed to reach peak popularity, as more and more people go vegan, or see at least trying veganism for a bit as a viable option. So how did I get on? Read on to find out...

Why did I want to do Veganuary?

<span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;">
<span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;">For me, 2019 is about aligning my morals with my actions. I have always considered myself an animal lover (and I'm very much that basic bish that will squeal when a dog walks past), and I can no longer justify to myself only believing that domesticated animals should have the right to live and not be abused. I started being 'flexitarian' in 2016, as I used to live in with my bestie, who was vegetarian. At the time I was massively lazy with cooking, and she used to share with me whatever she made for dinner - which was always veggie. That accompanied with the fact I've never enjoyed chopping up raw meat, and an experience with a poor quality chicken meal deal sandwich - I stopped eating chicken, and went flexitarian. Progressively on from that, most meat became unappealing to me (I've always been fussy with cuts of meat being well cooked, and would avoid anything cooked medium rare or with visible fat). The only meat I would eat was cured meats like ham, salami and pepperoni, and fish.
<span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;">
<span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;">I cut out normal milk in my tea and cereal around the same time and switched to soy, because I thought it was healthier. I classed myself as pescatarian for most of 2018, although I definitely lapsed a few times on nights out where I ended up having a Maccies and then felt terrible the next day - definitely a lesson learnt that I need a 'fake meat' substitute in my diet! The last time I had meat or fish was August 2018 when I went on holiday to Italy, where I ate a lot of seafood and had a few slices of salami (clearly a weakness). The last few months that I've been completely veggie, I've done more research into the dairy and egg industry, which has thrown up some pretty uncomfortable truths.
<span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;">
<span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;">Most people are aware of factory hens and how the egg industry can be cruel, but learning things like how all male chicks are killed en masse (as they serve no purpose as they can't lay eggs), and how dairy cows are forcefully inseminated and then separated from their calves repeatedly (and often the male calves killed, as again they serve no purpose), in order to ensure milk continued milk production, really opened my eyes. In my opinion, the fact these animal products taste good, should not legitimise the suffering animals go through in order for us to procure them. Reading studies about the health and environmental implications of consuming and producing animal products also were massive factors in me being sure I wanted to try Veganuary in 2019.

What did I eat?

<span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;">
<span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;">First of all I cleared my cupboard/fridge of anything I wouldn't be eating - mayonnaise, super noodles, honey, some ProteinWorld products and some Quorn bits that had egg/milk in them. I ordered my first Tesco shop to arrive before new year's eve, so I wouldn't be tempted to order a massive cheesy pizza if I had a hangover on new year's day. My nearest big supermarket is an Aldi; so I went there for fruit & veg throughout the month, however for things like vegan cheese, fake meat and oat milk, I had to walk into town to a Sainsburys/Tesco/Asda.
<span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;">
<span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;">I also bought some Iron and Vitamin C, and Vitamin B12 supplements from Holland & Barrett, and ate spinach quite a lot for extra iron; and I didn't notice feeling tired of lethargic at all.
How I got on

I didn't think I'd find doing Veganuary that hard because I was already vegetarian, I wasn't eating that many dairy products to begin with, and I've never been a huge fan of eggs. What I didn't realise is that milk in particular, is in EVERYTHING. I became very used to checking product ingredients thoroughly, luckily milk and egg is usually always listed as an allergen and so will be in bold - but a lot of products will very confusingly be labelled 'suitable for vegetarians' (in something that wouldn't contain meat anyway) so you really have to check what you're eating is actually vegan friendly.

<span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;">
<span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;">To begin with I did crave chocolate (especially with leftover Christmas chocolate still around), but this happened less and less. To be honest, the more research I did into the dairy industry and efforts they have to make to remove pus/blood from milk (and seeing videos of how sore and bloody cows' udders can look after milking), milk products began to seem almost repulsive.
<span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;">
<span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;">The two things I struggled with were alcohol and honey. I tried to check as much as possible in restaurants if wine was vegan, but occasionally forgot. I also realised at the end of the month that the granola I'd been having for breakfast every day had honey in it (which I hadn't clocked in the ingredients as honey isn't an allergen).
<span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;">
<span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;">The free from/gluten free ranges in supermarkets were a godsend for snacking - as these will often be egg or milk free and means you can find a choc bar without hunting too hard. Always check the ingredients though!
Pros of going vegan

There's so many pros of going vegan so I'm just going to keep it short and link to info where I can!
<span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;">
<span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;">- It's good for your health. There are so many studies that link animal products to really serious health issues. Processed meats are technically in the same WHO carcinogen category as cigarettes. Regular consumption of red meat has been linked to a considerable increase in your chance of getting prostate cancer, and bowel cancer. I also found I just ate more healthy in general as you have to 'hunt' a bit more for junk food, i.e it might be easier for me have an apple instead of find a supermarket that does dairy free chocolate. And of course, you're eating more fruit and veg, so you're definitely getting your 5 a day in.
<span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;">
<span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;">- There's literally vegan alternatives for everything. Steak lover? Vivera do a steak which literally bleeds (this weirds me out a little I must admit). Cheese fanatic? You can get vegan versions of most types of cheese. And Papa Johns have just released a line of vegan pizzas too.
<span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;">
<span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;">- It's good (and probably essential) for the planet. 80% of rainforest deforestation is caused by the animal agriculture industry. A new study by Oxford University has said that avoiding meat and dairy is the single BIGGEST way to reduce our impact on earth.
<span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;">
<span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;">- If you're looking to lose weight, going vegan can help. I personally found I lost the weight I gained over Christmas and a little bit more (and I wasn't going to the gym for the first few weeks in Januaryeither), just from the switch in diet. I also never went hungry, and I still kept up regular snacking and sweets/pudding.
<span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;">
<span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;">- Clearer Skin. I don't know if I personally noticed a change in this, but this is often used as a solution for those with acne (who might not be going fully vegan either) - there seems to be quite a strong link with skin problems and dairy consumption.
<span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;">
<span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;">- Save money! The vegan or vegetarian option in restaurants tends to always be cheaper, and often your food shop will be cheaper too - even if you buy vegan meat/cheese.
<span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;">
<span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;">- Improve your cooking skills. I found myself looking up new recipes to try to keep things exciting, and I prepped a lot more in advance. Asides from one or two cooking disasters (e.g incinerating an entire chickpea curry), I've definitely improved my cooking skills and learnt new go-to quick recipes.
<span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;">
<span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;">- Save the animals. If you're an animal lover, veganism is for you. No animal wants to die, or be abused. There's no such thing as a 'humane' or 'ethical' slaughter. By going vegan you won't contribute to any cruel practices.
<span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;">
<span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;">- Help your stomach. I'm pretty sure there's meant to be a stereotype of vegans pooing a lot (lol), and I definitely noticed this in the first week or so! I think this is as your body gets used to the extra fibre in your diet, and things have calmed down since. I've suffered with IBS type symptoms for most of my 20s and I'd say my stomach has definitely improved since going vegan.

Cons of going vegan

<span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;">
<span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;">- Other people's opinions. The same way you can end up debating politics & religion with people, and especially when you've discovered something new you're excited about - the lifestyle change does seem to rile people, and I've even found myself worrying new people I meet will assume I'm preachy and holier than thou because I'm eating vegan. I've definitely a few times justified myself with 'but I do miss salami' or 'I'll probably crack soon and have some cheddar lolol'. As someone who lives in a perpetual state of worrying what others think of me, there does seem to be the negative of making sure to prove to others that you're not one of THOSE vegans. Which is silly really, because it's just what you're eating.
<span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;">
<span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;">- The eating out conundrum. If you like looking at the menu before going to a restaurant, you're in the luck - because you're going to be doing a lot of that. If you're going out for dinner with friends you may end up having to ask to go to restaurants with more options, or even just a restaurant with AN option. Hilariously, veggie friends have had multiple experiences where they've found fish was considered the vegetarian option on the menu, and suggesting otherwise completely bewildered the staff. If you're in a big city however you shouldn't have an issue with this at all, most big chains now have a vegan menu, and there will be plenty of speciality restaurants.
My recommendations

<span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;">Take it slow. <span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;">If you're thinking of cutting out animal products - don't immediately go vegan, because the shock to the system will probably mean you fail (see above where I ended up getting cheese burgers after a few vodka cokes). Try slowly, work your way in with things like meat free mondays, switch to a plant based milk (my favourite is oat, and it tastes the most realistic to cow's milk imo), go pescatarian, go veggie, and so forth.
<span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;">
<span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;">Find your inspiration & information. <span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;">Find resources to help and inspire you. There are plenty of vegan influencers, vegan twitter is always informative, and there are loads of vegan documentaries. Don't torture yourself with abbattoir videos if they're going to upset you/make you feel sick, you can educate yourself about the cruelty without having to see it. I try to focus on mind over matter, yes I want that dairy milk bar - but was has been the ethical cost of it?
<span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;">Accessibility & failure. <span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;">Only do what is within your means, and accessible to you. While I don't think veganism is more expensive, certain factors can affect your ability to follow any diet - whether this is a vegan diet or not.
<span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;">
<span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;">Don't beat yourself up if you fail, even the smallest changes make a difference to animals and the environment. Find vegan alternatives to combat your weaknesses (i.e cheese, chocolate, burgers...). No one is under the impression that it's possible to be completely vegan, due to how to how most human living is structured around the utilisation of animal products. Just do what you can!
Parts of veganism I'm still unsure of

- The commercial egg industry is horrifying regardless if your eggs are organic/free range/caged. However, if you keep chickens in a non commercial setting in your garden, they have lots of space to roam, are treated well, and there is no cockerel to fertilise the eggs - does this make the eggs acceptable to eat? Tbh I think I've been put off eggs from the health aspect now, but from having chickens throughout my childhood, if the eggs aren't fertilised a chicken will either ignore them after laying or destroy them out of boredom. Does this justify eating them?
<span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;">
<span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;">- Commercial honey production can be problematic, as the honey is a resource the bees create to feed themselves over winter, and bee keepers can often cull the hive over winter anyway, as they won't be producing honey. However, again if you keep bees as a hobby, don't cull the hive or remove all the honey that the bees create, can this be acceptable? I need to do more research but I can co<span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;">nsider myself continuing to eat honey if it was farmed locally, non-commercially, organically etc - due to the health benefits of eating it (and agave nectar is still a little difficult to get hold of).
<span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;">
<span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;">- Not related to food, but wool is another aspect I'm unsure of. My impression was always that sheep NEED to be shorn (I've occasionally seen those articles where sheep are found after being lost for years and are so fluffy they can't actually see/walk properly). However I've read a few articles recently on cruel/reckless shearing practices that can even mutilate sheep.

Yes! For me, I can't see a reason not to stay vegan. The key for making a permanent switch has definitely been educating myself. I now know what happens in the dairy & meat industries from my research (and also from growing up in a farming community, plus living on a small holding with pigs and chickens during my teenage years) - and knowing what happens, I cannot justify to myself eating animal products anymore. I'm going to be carrying on my vegan journey, and I'll keep updating you guys as I go!
<span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;">We're royally buggering the planet. Obviously, this isn't a recent revelation, but scientists have now estimated we have 12 years to drastically change our harmful habits before climate change is irreversible. I think this year we will see the zero-waste movement becoming more popular, i.e forgetting recycling, and stopping the use of single use plastics all together. I'm trying to make a conscious effort in 2019 to really think about how my lifestyle affects the planet, and align my morals to my actions - so I've put together a lil' list of ways I'll be trying to change in 2019 and be an eco-friendly millennial.

<span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;">

<span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;">Some of these alternatives are a bit more pricey, or less accessible - so I recommend just doing what's within your means, and not beating yourself up when you can't! I'll try and link to research for everything as well, but feel free to suggest any more!

<span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;">In 2019 I'm going to try and say goodbye to the following: face wipes, cotton balls and Q tips. Unless the cotton balls are organic, like most sanitary products the cotton has probably been bleached and treated beforehand - which isn't going to be great for sensitive skin. Plus most cotton balls will be brought in non-recyclable plastic bags that will end up landfill. Wet wipes & face wipes are a known scourge on the environment, as they are woven with plastic fibres, making them non biodegradable and a major contributor to sewer blockages and fatbergs. Cotton buds/Q Tips similarly are made from plastic and cotton - there's a great blog post here on their environmental damage and alternatives.
<span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;">When festival season comes around again, we all start going mad for glitter and gemstones to liberally coat ourselves in. But what happens once you peel/scrub/eventually manage to get the glitter off? It most likely ends up in the ocean, as most glitter is a form of microplastic. If you can, go for biodegradable glitter and gems where possible. There are loads of great brands that do it (and it's equally sparkly!).

They also don't contain the chemicals found in tampons and pads, such as bleach and dioxin, and aren't associated with TSS. Menstrual cups might not be an option if you suffer with Vaginismus or sexual trauma, so another option is switching to organic pads & tampons (you can usually find these on the very bottom shelf under Always and Tampax etc).
<span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">

<span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;">Turns out, contact lenses have an impact on the environment too. If they are disposed of incorrectly (flushed down the loo or put down the sink), they can contribute to the microplastic levels in our oceans. To counteract this, just make sure you put contacts in with general waste - and recycle the packaging where possible. I'm personally going to try and wear my glasses more this year (especially as I finally replaced the pair I've had since I was about 18).
<span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;">Plastic disposable razors are non-biodegradable, and their manufacture is also fairly harmful to the planet. Try switching to a safety razor, which should last a lifetime - and the blades can last for months if properly dried between each use. It can be a little more tricky to use than a conventional razor but worth saving the money and waste! There's a good blog post on switching to a safety razor here. Sugaring, waxing and epilating are also meant to be better for the environment. Bamboo handle razors are also a good option if you're a little freaked out by trying a safety razor (not the same as a Sweeney Todd style straight razor btw!).

<span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif; font-size: large; font-weight: normal;">7) Ditch your fast fashion habit

<span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif; font-size: large; font-weight: normal;">

<span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;">Is anyone else guilty of going full *treat yo self* every pay day and ordering from fast fashion brands? I used to see this as my reward at the end of each month and get a massive buzz off knowing I had a package (or 4) coming. I would pretty much always end up disappointed with the quality of the stuff I ordered and return 90% of my package, or just think 'meh' and put it in my wardrobe anyway. 235 million items of clothing were sent to landfill in 2017, 1.5 trillion litres of water are used by the fashion industry each year, and every time we wash a synthetic garment 1,900 microfibres are released into the water, eventually making their way into the ocean. And those are just a handful of stats on how damaging the fast fashion industry is to the planet.
<span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif; font-size: large; font-weight: normal;">How to cut down

<span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif; font-size: large; font-weight: normal;">

<span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;">Stop seeing shopping as a hobby! Constant scrolling through shopping apps is super tempting and I definitely love updating my ASOS saved list whenever I'm bored. One thing that I've found has really helped me cut back is unsubscribing from all email marketing from brands, who are constantly bombarding you with new lines/sales, which will tempt you into buying crap you don't need. Out of sight, out of mind. Also turning off app notifications from these brands, or even deleting the apps themselves will massively remove temptation.
<span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;">
<span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;">Instead of contributing to the supply/demand of fast fashion, try buying vintage or from charity shops. I'm definitely going to stop buying my jeans new when it's so easy to get hold of vintage jeans from good brands like Levis. OR shop sustainable/ethical fashion brands! There's a good article on UK based sustainable brands HERE, and check out this amazing swimwear brand called Batoko who make swimwear from recycled plastic.

<span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif; font-size: large; font-weight: normal;">8) Go pescatarian, vegetarian or vegan

<span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;">Asides from the health and ethical benefits of cutting down on animal products, more and more research is showing now that cutting down our meat and dairy consumption is essential to save the planet. Scientists at Oxford University have said that following a vegan diet is probably the single biggest way to reduce our impact on planet Earth, because it cuts out not just greenhouse gases, but global acidification, eutrophication, land use, and water use. Going vegan is even more effective than cutting down on flights or buying an electric car. The BBC has a fab calculator which shows you the climate change impact of different food and drink HERE, which is really interesting. Even doing something like meat-free Mondays in 2019 will help make a difference!
<span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">9) Bring your reusable coffee cup / water bottle EVERYWHERE

<span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">

<span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;">This is a pretty standard and easy one to do. It's no secret that disposable coffee cups are not great for the environment. Most coffee places are now introducing an extra charge for a disposable cup (or even a small discount if you remember your flask). Stopping buying single use bottles of water is also a great way to make a positive change for the planet. Bottling water releases 2.5 million tons of CO2 into the atmosphere each year and billions of water bottles end up in landfill each year. Buying a reusable water bottle and filling it from the tap will cut out this damage, and filling a larger bottle to take to work and drink throughout the day is also a good way to get your daily water intake in.

<span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif; font-weight: normal;">I definitely want to try and practice a zero waste lifestyle where I can in 2019. This is a little tricky especially in the UK, but there are some good resources available online. Try using refill stores for things like pulses & spices, taking old containers to fill again rather than purchasing new plastic. THIS blog has a list of spots you can do this in the UK, but it's also worth trying your local health food shop.

<span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;">
<span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;">Buying your fruit & veg loose is also a great way to cut out plastic packaging. Plus this may be cheaper, and support local farmers!
<span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;">Check if your teabags are biodegradable. Some teabags are biodegradable and compostable, but some brands contain plastic. There's a good list of plastic-free brands HERE - luckily that includes big brands like Twinings, Clipper and Aldi own brand! <span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;">If you can (say if you get an option at a self-checkout), don't print a receipt! Receipts are usually coated in BPA which cannot be recycled, and will contaminate recycled paper if they are. If you do need a receipt with an in-store purchase, see if you can just get a digital copy. Try also going paperless with

<span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif; font-size: large; font-weight: normal;">13) Switch out wrapping paper to brown paper

<span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif; font-size: large; font-weight: normal;">

<span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif; font-weight: normal;">I saw this little tip floating around Facebook just before Christmas, but it's a good one to use for birthdays too. Most wrapping paper can't be recycled because it is often dyed or contains plastics. You can check if your wrapping paper can be recycled by doing a 'scrunch test' (see here) or switch to brown paper, which can be recycled.

<span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif; font-size: large; font-weight: normal;">14) Buy non-toxic cleaning products

<span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif; font-size: large; font-weight: normal;">

<span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;">There's been a surge recently in stockpiling cleaning products, and doing hauls - but what are a lot of these products doing to the environment? Asides from the extra plastic, the chemicals in a lot of household products are pretty toxic, and can end up in the ocean. Some more eco-friendly brands to try in 2019 are Ecover, Method and Faith in Nature (all of these you can usually find in supermarkets). Or you can make your own non-toxic cleaning products at home! This can also cut out extra plastic by using reusable spray bottles. Here's a super simple 3 ingredient cleaning product from the zero-waste blog Trash is for Tossers.

<span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif; margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;">

<span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif; font-size: x-small;">Image source

So there's my list of ways I'm going to try and be a bit more eco-friendly in 2019! If anyone has any more tips please send 'em my way.

<span style="font-family: "trebuchet ms" , sans-serif;">Long time no post! Been inspired to get back into the blogging game thanks to my work pal Hannah aka Too Much Is Not Enough, and the fact I now work in digital PR reading blogs and talking to bloggers everyday (which is super weird coming at blogging from the other side of things!). Recently I went to my first festival, Blue Dot in South Manchester, which is definitely reflected in some of these favourites, i.e glitter and frizz control all day errdayy 🙌
<span style="font-family: "trebuchet ms" , sans-serif;">

<span style="font-family: "trebuchet ms" , sans-serif;">

<span style="font-family: "trebuchet ms" , sans-serif;">
Frizz Ease Nourishing Oil Elixir - I lurrrve this stuff. This can be used on wet and dry hair, so I put this on pre-blow dry and after styling to tame flyaways or add some moisture to my super bleached hair. This is my second bottle and I highly recommend.
<span style="font-family: "trebuchet ms" , sans-serif;">
Palmer's Dark Chocolate and Cherry lip balm - I am an absolute lip balm fiend and would 100% have lip balm as my desert island beauty product, so I'm always buying new ones. This one smells gorge, moisturises your lips but also looks super pretty on as it gives you a semi-glossy cherry tint. I wear this on nights out instead of lipstick, it looks that nice!
<span style="font-family: "trebuchet ms" , sans-serif;">
MAC Fix+ - I picked up this cute lil mini Fix+ when I was leaving Japan and wanted to get rid of the last of my Yen, and rediscovered it recently. Interesting fact: Fix+ is not actually a setting spray (okay , well interesting to me), it's a makeup 'finishing spray' designed to refresh your face and add a soft sheen. If you've really caked your make up on this takes away a powdery finish and makes your skin look like actual skin again. Also perfect to refresh your cake face for after work drinks etc.
<span style="font-family: "trebuchet ms" , sans-serif;">
NYX face and body glitter in GL06 Crystal - My besties got me this for my birthday and I LOVE it. This is the silver holographic glitter of dreams, and you can use it all over. Either mix with hair gel and swipe on cheeks/collar bone/chest or for eyes wet a brush (with water or Fix+) or pat over an eye primer. Post festival season I've been using it on my nails, just sprinkle over a neutral nail polish while wet, leave to dry and seal with a clear top coat ✨
<span style="font-family: "trebuchet ms" , sans-serif;">
Etude House Goodbye Pore Ever - I picked this primer/pore minimiser up in Korea and dug it out of my make up trunk recently, I can't find it in the UK at the moment but there are other Etude House products available on Amazon UK. This blurs pores and stops my oily skin getting shiny so quickly, plus doesn't feel heavy or break me out which I've found with other pore products.
<span style="font-family: "trebuchet ms" , sans-serif;">
Rimmel Stay Matte powder - This is always a fav, I do love MAC blot powder but at £21 it's v pricey for an everyday product. This Rimmel one is about £4 and does the job for setting my everyday face perfectly, I apply with a beauty blender to really pack it onto problem areas like creasing under the eyes.

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">A few weeks back I was sent one of the liquid lipsticks from Chloe Ferry's (from Geordie Shore) cosmetic line. I was interested to see if it was was actually a good quality product and not just the standard celebrity-slaps-name-on-product deal, and it's not bad! The packaging does feel quite cheap, but her logo design is nice and simplistic - the overall product design is nothing to shout about really. In terms of colour, Passion is one of the brick toned pinks that are super popular thanks to the 90s trend, I find these colours quite flattering on me and they're good for everyday wear so this one is pretty wearable.

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">I paired this with MAC's Spice liner which goes with all shades like this (normally I'd wear it with Velvet Teddy), and it's a pretty good match. The colour is pretty pigmented, and in terms of smell it has a similar scent to the NYX soft matte lip creams (butterscotch-y) but slightly less overpowering. In terms of lasting power, this lipstick is fine but does need touching up after food or drink. If you use lipbalm before application it isn't super drying, but as with all liquid lipsticks I do find it makes my lips feel dry pretty quickly. Putting some vaseline or lip gloss over the top is always an option - giving you a cute glossy version of this colour. Overall I'd give it a 7/10, not bad!

These photos were taken maybe two and a half years ago in Kichijouji, which was just a couple of stops away from where I used to live in Tokyo. These shuttered streets full of bars, small shops and counter restaurants have an amazing atmosphere in the evening - where the lanterns bathe everything in a red-orange glow, and the maze of streets come alive with the chatter of locals.

I would also recommend checking out DressHead, they have some fabulous women dresses.
Back in 2011 the cost of all my make up that was creating my daily look was £123.04. Of course, if you wanted to be really clever you could estimate how long each product probably lasts for and work out a cost per day for your daily face - but that would take time, effort and maths. And no one wants that.

So 6 years later (click here to see what 18 year old me wore) I thought I'd do an update of what my face is costing me now.

I've managed to cut my costs down by researching the high street products that work (although I will always go for high-end foundations to control my oily skin), switching to a super cheap eye pencil that works just as well as my ABH brow pomade and not bothering with liquid eyeliner during the day (because I always mess it up and make myself late for work).

<span style="font-family: "georgia" , "times new roman" , serif;">I've used the Elasticizer before so I was pretty excited to try it again - this product works as a pre-shampoo conditioning treatment, protecting your hair and giving it moisture before shampooing. It's a tiny bit of a pain to use because you have to wet your hair, apply the product and then wait 20 minutes before getting back into the shower to rinse and then shampoo and condition. However - the results are so worth it, your hair feels noticeably softer post shampoo even while wet and generally softer in general once dried. I would definitely recommend this to anyone with dry hair, I notice a difference particularly in my ends (which are bleached) in they are are massively softer after using the Elasticizer as part of my normal hair routine. xx
<span style="font-family: "georgia" , "times new roman" , serif;">
<span style="font-family: "georgia" , "times new roman" , serif;">I was recently sent this eyelash serum by Kiyoshi and thought it was worth a try! I really wanted to give this a go properly as to see whether this would give effective results or not so I've been using this for the last month and half, 90% of the time applying every evening before I go to bed. The tube is quite simply matte silver, and the wand itself looks just like an eyeliner pen - and you apply the product similarly like eyeliner along the top lash line.
<span style="font-family: "georgia" , "times new roman" , serif;">
<span style="font-family: "georgia" , "times new roman" , serif;">I took photos along the way and the first two weeks I used it consistently every evening, I have fair eyelashes but I think it looks like there might be a little bit of thickening at the lash root after a fortnight.
<span style="font-family: "georgia" , "times new roman" , serif;">
<span style="font-family: "georgia" , "times new roman" , serif;">
<span style="font-family: "georgia" , "times new roman" , serif;">
<span style="font-family: "georgia" , "times new roman" , serif;">After the two week point I occasionally forgot to apply the serum every evening but I have begun to notice a difference in my lashes with mascara. Before when I wore mascara it would pretty much just tint my lashes as I don't have much natural length, but now I do think my lashes look fuller, especially at the root which I think makes sense. This serum retails for £25 which I think is a little pricey, but the ingredients are all natural and cruelty free, and I think I've seen results. Ki-yoshi also do a similar serum for eyebrows which sounds interesting for any brow addicts out there. xx

<span style="font-family: "trebuchet ms" , sans-serif;">Last night I tried out these two brushes I was kindly sent to create a soft glam navy smokey look. The brushes are by a brand I hadn't heard of before called L.A.B.2, and they are synthetic (and have no animal derived components so I presume they can be considered cruelty free). The first thing I noticed is that these aren't as soft as other drugstore synthetic brushes like Real Techniques, but the bristles are pretty tightly packed and definitely matches the description of the brushes as high end synthetic filament.

<span style="font-family: "trebuchet ms" , sans-serif;">

<span style="font-family: "trebuchet ms" , sans-serif;">As the packaging suggested I used the multi purpose brush to apply powder, however because the bristles are tightly packed I found this quite difficult. It would still be good for applying blush or contour in a more stippling effect, however. I used the angled brush to contour my crease and I definitely found it worked, it picked up the pigment well and would be great for marking out more dramatic eyeshadow shapes.

MAC's shadow Coppering is really lovely for giving a bit of an edge to natural glam, there's a tiny bit of sparkle and due to the orange tones it really makes green eyes pop. I took inspo for this from a Nikkie Tutorials look (if you don't follow her on YouTube I totally recommend). xx

<span style="font-family: "georgia" , "times new roman" , serif; font-size: x-small;">Coconut oil c/o Vita Coco

<span style="font-family: "georgia" , "times new roman" , serif;">For a while now I've been buying into the coconut oil hype, and I've never looked back! So when Vita Coco kindly offered to send me some of their coconut oil I jumped at the chance. I keep the larger jar by my bed for moisturising (hence why the jar looks a little used), and the little one will be perfect for travelling.

<span style="font-family: "georgia" , "times new roman" , serif;">

<span style="font-family: "georgia" , "times new roman" , serif;">My favourite things to use coconut oil for:

<span style="font-family: "georgia" , "times new roman" , serif;">- Cooking! Coconut oil is healthier to cook with and gives food no added taste.

<span style="font-family: "georgia" , "times new roman" , serif;">- Moisturising. Coconut oil is thought to help anti ageing and makes your skin amazingly soft. I also use it as a facial moisturiser despite having oily skin, and have found it works well and doesn't break me out or make me more oily!

<span style="font-family: "georgia" , "times new roman" , serif;">

<span style="font-family: "georgia" , "times new roman" , serif;">Things to try:

<span style="font-family: "georgia" , "times new roman" , serif;">- As a shaving cream. Coconut oil does work well as a shaving cream (balm?) as it moisturises your skin at the same time, but be warned it does block up razors!

<span style="font-family: "georgia" , "times new roman" , serif;">- As make up remover. Coconut oil does also work well for this (including eye make up), however I occasionally get sore eyes from blocked sebum ducts in my eyelashes (gross, I know) and I think using coconut oil has encouraged this to happen. But worth a try if you aren't prone to this!

<span style="font-family: "georgia" , "times new roman" , serif;">

<span style="font-family: "georgia" , "times new roman" , serif;">What do you use coconut oil for? xx

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">Hey guys! Its been about ten billion years since I've done an outfit post but here am I today because the lovely guys over at Luxemme sent me this really cute playsuit to review. Normally halterneck styles don't suit me because of my boobs but I actually found this one very flattering, I dressed this for a more casj day look with a beanie but if you wore this with heels and upped the make up (I'm thinking silver glittery eyes for ice queen vibes) this would be fab for a night out as well. The material is pretty light and linen-y so this would be really nice for keeping you cool in summer as well, I definitely can see myself getting a lot of use out it next year with white sandals and a tan (hopefully).

Nivea Men sensitive post shave balm

So after seeing one of my fav YouTube beauty gurus Nikkietutorials rave about this for ages I decided to buy it and see what all the fuss is about - and I'm so glad I did! For some reason I never really got into primers, despite having pretty oily skin and always finding my foundation applied patchy in places no matter what brushes I used. This stuff makes your foundation apply far more smoothly (I literally noticed this instantly), and buff properly into what are usually problem areas for me like my nose which foundation will usually refuse to sink into.

It has a very light typical 'man product' scent which isn't obvious and goes away after make up application, and you get quite a lot of product and need to use very little. Plus, because this is designed for sensitive skin I find it doesn't break me out, and if anything gives me extra moisture. Also you can use it for it's actual purpose of being a post shave balm, especially on areas which are really sensitive to shaving like the bikini line. I got this in Sainsburys on offer for £3 and will definitely be buying again! I'm just worried now Nivea will realise the product's popularity and raise the price...

Have you guys tried this?

I thought I'd take some pictures of what make up shopping is like in Japan, because I know people are interested in Japanese make up, but also there are some pretty interesting differences between British and Japanese make up.

For starters, my friend advised me to bring matte eyeshadow with me because it's hard to find in Japan due to the popularity of sparkly, shimmery, fairly un-pigmented eyeshadows. Also if you are into super bright, highly pigmented eyeshadows (same with colour variation in lipstick too fyi) they're also pretty hard to find from the mainstream Japanese make up brands because this just isn't the 'normal' look girls are going for.

Quality, but for cheap. In the UK I would probably always avoid crazy cheap make up unless a blogger had recommended otherwise (i.e MUA), but due to Japanese product quality in general being good I've often been surprised by how high quality things like cheap nail polishes are.

Packaging, too much of it but it's seriously cute. Again this is the same with a lot of Japanese products, presentation is everything in Japan so I often feel like the amount of packaging used is wasteful but aesthetically looks great.

Stunning fake press on nails (see above) and huge nail art/design sections (lots of gel nail and UV lamps on sale for example). Japan has some of the best nail art in the world at their salons and it's reflected it what you can buy pre-made in shops.

Very high quality eyeliners - I'd say the eyes are definitely a focus for Japanese make up, and Japanese eyeliners are seriously good.

Eyelash heaven - the variety of eyelashes on sale is insane compared to what you will find in the UK next to the tweezers and make up brushes in Boots. Prepare to feel the strong urge to buy them all.

Back on the favourites train! This Original Source shower gel is literally like my crack, the smell is kind of like white chocolate and almost smells edible. Plus these shower gels are usually only £1 in Boots so deffo a fav by my standards. Click on the links above to see my review of the contour brush and the eyeliner, the latter is just so pigmented and precise I can't even. I was looking for a new hair oil and grabbed this Frizz Ease one the other day and it seems really good!

I had been using coconut oil on my hair til I was informed it's actually meant to be used as a hair mask and washed out, which is explains why my hair was looking so greasy after using it...Regarding brows I'm so in love with DipBrow, it does work best when it's kept in a slightly higher than room temperature environment as the product does get a little stiff, but it's still workable and gives fab brows everytime. What products did you enjoy last month? xx
So where have I been? Apologies for the extreme lack of posting! I got somewhat caught up in end of year exams, then 'shit I've been in Japan for nearly a year and haven't done anything and I'm about to leave' / 'shit I'm about to leave Japan and I have a crapload of preparation to do' mode started. After I came home it was a blur of seeing family members I hadn't seen for 10 months, visiting friends and family and then heading off to Spain on a family holiday for a week. But I'm back now! I've been back in the UK for nearly 3 weeks now and I've readjusted alarmingly quickly, although some things have stuck from being in Japan - it took me about a week to get used to pounds and pence again, a bus driver asked me for 10p and I gave him a 2p coin (which look like 10 yen coins) and he looked at me like I was the dimmest person ever...

I'm going to do some posts on it but there's definitely some things I was glad to return to in the UK and some things I wasn't, the lack of politeness and efficiency compared to Japan has been getting on my nerves a bit, not that we're bad at it but Japanese standards are insane! The picture was taken by my friend who's a talented fashion photographer, check out his insta @danielhirozawa xx

Recently DressLink very kindly sent me these brushes to try out. My brush collection is actually pretty small for a make up fanatic so I was uber pleased to receive these. Because they are synthetic I was worried they'd have that scratchy texture but these are so soft! I did some make up on my friend recently (see above), and she had zero complaints at me blending like crazy because of how soft the brushes are (btw we put lipgloss on her eyelids so this has made the blending look a little off). There's a really good selection of brushes, especially for eye make up - down to ones that are small enough to use to apply gel eyeliner etc. My absolute fav in the set is the angled blush brush which I use to apply cheek contour, before I was using a freebie Lancome brush but this new one has upped my contour game like crazy.

The only thing really lacking in this set is a foundation brush in the stippling style, a flat style one is provided but I find them useless because I always want to buff my foundation in rather than 'paint' it on. The set is cray cheap at around $8, plus shipping and converted back to her Maj's pounds and you're looking at around £15 for 24 brushes and them shipped to you - uber good value. Keep in mind though DressLink is based in China I think though so shipping is usually around 2 weeks unless you pay for a faster method. Overall I'm very happy with these brushes! xx

Hey guys! Here's some super quick nail art I did loosely inspired by Kusama Yayoi's light room (click here for pictures of it, it's absolutely stunning - I saw it in London when her exhib was at the Tate Modern I think). This is really easy to do, the nail polishes themselves are all Japanese brands but the nail pens are Models Own and Barry M (Barry M ones are the best nail pens I've tried, thoroughly recommend these). I'm off to go re-dye my hair now, hope everyone had/is having a fab weekend (the UK time difference always confuses me) xx

View from the Park Hyatt's New York bar

So recently I've been up to interesting (read: getting drunk) things on Sundays, last weekend I went with some friends to the New York bar in the Park Hyatt Hotel to listen to some jazz (I'm so classy I can't even handle it). The hotel and the bar are used in the film Lost in Translation so it was pretty exciting to visit, plus the views were insane. Also while we were there Nicola Formichetti (Gaga's ex stylist and creative director of Diesel) walked in for dinner! He was also joined by Kiko Mizuhara who is G-Dragon from Big Bang's (Kpop band) girlfriend and a really popular model in Japan - not bad for a celeb sighting imo.

This weekend that just passed my friend and I spent some time in Kichijouji which is a up and coming 'trendy' spot in Tokyo, it has a lot of nice shops and bars and usually we go there for karaoke. We were actually searching for locations to do a photo shoot which had a kind of tacky/run down vibe to it so I got some interesting reference photos. Continuing the fun Sundays theme, I also went to a Tinder hosted rooftop party in Odaiba yesterday which was pretty interesting. It was windy as hell and they had girls in neon bikinis pole dancing on a pole which was swaying dangerously in said wind, and we were also given a lot of free vodka/gin/tequila so needless to say I didn't go to class this morning...

Let me know if you guys like these sort of Japan posts interesting! xx

Until I bought this eyeliner I actually hadn't bought any in Japan as I bought 4 with me to Tokyo, but apparently Japanese liquid eyeliners are amazing so I decided to get one! The one I originally bought came without the cap that makes it looks like a Moon Stick so I went back and bought another eyeliner with the cap haha (dedication).

This eyeliner is definitely very Japanese style, a lot of girls just do an extremely fine line and not much of a flick/cat eye - so this brush is a crazy thin 0.1mm. This means for a thicker western cat eye you do a bit of filling in but it's easier to be precise with the thickness of the line and you can get your eyeliner wings uber sharp.

It also says it's waterproof on the packaging but then removable with hot water (lol), if you aren't looking up at the sky during a downpour it really stays put and super opaque during the day. However, occasionally my right eye does this 'oh hey thur I see you made effort with your eye make up today, let me ruin that for you' thing where it waters out of the right corner like mad, which does cause this eyeliner to sort of dissolve (but not run, which is a positive). However to combat this I just go over the wing part of my eyeliner with MAC Liquidlast cos that shit does not move for anything.

Mainly I'd recommend this eyeliner to Sailor Moon fans, as there are better fine line Japanese eyeliners on the market in terms of staying power. There's also a version with the Cutie Moon Rod cap you can buy, they're actually being sold on eBay for only about £5 more than they in stores in Japan so definitely worth investing if you're a fan (sold HERE and HERE, seller is based in Hong Kong though).

Any sailor moon fans out there who'd buy this? xx
A quick insta update for those of you that don't follow me on there! Last weekend was pretty eventful, what was supposed to be a big night out in Nichoume (the gay district in Tokyo) ended up being just three of us in a club in Shibuya and we happened to be there the night Kill the Noise was doing a set (I had to look him up but apparently he's pretty famous) which was actually pretty fun in the end. We also went to Akihabara (the anime/electronics area in Tokyo) for a mooch and got some Sailor Moon goodies from a gacha machine (Sailor Chibi tho so I'll be going back to try for Mars or Sailor Moon versions).

I've also started snapping outfit mirror shots when I actually have on something other than leggings and a massive grey jumper for uni. I'm much more active on Instagram than on my actual blog so if you like you can follow me @liquoricepearls xx
As an fyi I have oily, sensitive skin. This product is basically a Glycolic Acid exfoliator, I'd read somewhere that it's better to use these kind of toner-like liquid exfoliators instead of an actual scrub on your face (especially with oily skin as scrubbing just stimulates oil production), so I decided to try this out. I got mine from Cult Beauty here for £33.50.

The way I use it is the intensive treatment way, before bed you cleanse and tone, then apply the liquid gold as you would a toner, then skip moisturiser and repeat this every other night. I was going to review this after two weeks but I was pretty undecided about it. Basically for sure this improves skin texture and gets rid of dead skin cells.

I have quite a 'bumpy' forehead, not spots as such just an uneven skin surface, and I definitely felt like my skin looked and felt a lot smoother. Also if you have any spots, resisting the urge to squeeze them and then using Liquid Gold definitely reduced them overnight as I guess the product dries them out.

However, I realised recently I have mild rosacea on my cheeks (sometimes I wake up with very red cheeks or patches or red and tiny whiteheads and this either fades throughout the day or lasts) - and using Liquid Gold was definitely making this flare up. I did some research online and found loads of rosacea sites being like 'the following products will probably provoke a rosacea flare up' and acid exfoliators were listed as a big no-no.

Liquid Gold is marketed to be fine to use with sensitive skin but I think Rosacea is probably a bit different, it might be alright with 'normal' sensitive skin. So at the moment I only use Liquid Gold on my forehead and chin taking care to avoid my cheeks entirely. Apparently though Liquid Gold Intensive Night Repair serum is recommended for soothing Rosacea so I might try that.

Pros:

- reduces spots

Cons:

A small collection of bits and bobs I've acquired recently! After I bought the MAC powder I vowed to never buy MAC again in person in Japan for how long I was forced to wait, about 10 minutes to simply pay for an item, not get it colour matched or anything, grrr! I also had to pick up the Revlon concealer because for some reason MAC Japan do not carry the shade NW15, I'm going to review the Sailor Moon eyeliner soon, it's seriously good and the brush is incredibly fine so my eyeliner has been more on point (literally) since I started using it. I literally bought the Maybelline lipstick for the packaging, judging from the name 'Water Shiny Milky' I'm guessing this is from the Maybelline Japan line (quite common to have a lot of English cute-sounding buzzwords for a make up item).

The lipstick is a pretty natural colour (it's called natural tart, basically what I aim to be in life), but the packaging is sheer pink holographic goodness. I'm not 100% sure what the lip pack is (need to translate properly), I think it's a lip tint mask but it has dual functions - you can also use it on your NIPPLES. My friend told me these packs are used to tint the nipple pinker, because there's a belief in Japan if your nipples are dark it means you're having a lot of sex (yay for internalised slut-shaming). I will definitely try these for bants and look forward to some shiny pink non-slutty nips. xx
