Splurge vs Steal #1 Scalloped Hem Shorts
I thought this would be a good idea for a post series for finding cheaper version of popular things online, not necessarily on Ebay! Found these beauties over the weekend and they're a pefect staple for summer, though it would be rude not to share!

This is a great idea for a series of posts. I adore anything with a scalloped hem but it is hard to find here. I wish more items had scalloped hem.
