This outfit is literally budget black tie, I don't think the shoes and dress together cost me more than £20! The wonders of eBay. My parents threw me a black tie dinner party for my 21st last night, hence the very dressy outfit post. I kept my make up pretty minimal, the Forever 21 demi lashes are my favourite thing ever, they really open up the eyes but no one can ever tell you're wearing falsies! I wore this dress to my Uni ball last year (see the post here), it's pretty versatile as it's so simple. I did order a Missguided midi bodycon dress but ended up going for this again instead, might as well make the most out of the dress! Although I did manage to put my heel through the hem and make a tiny hole in the dress at the beginning of the evening, so clumsy. xx
