You will need: white nail art pen, blue polish, nail dotting tools, black nail art pen, a base coat colour and a top coat
1) Paint nails desired base coat
2) Draw outlines of half moons
3) Fill in half moons
4) Dot blue circles in the middle of the half moons
5) Make black circles within the blue
6) At tiny white dots in the upper right hand part of black circles. And you're finished!
This is super cute and easy to do apart from the half moons themselves being a little fiddly, if you have dotting tools doing the circles is uber quick. You can get them off eBay for cheap if you have a look. xx
